Active Living - This program is designed to meet the needs of active individuals not requiring assistance with the activities of daily living. Residents enjoy all the amenities, services and features as well as the ability to choose from any floor plan subject to availability. The base price includes an expanded continental breakfast, choice of lunch or dinner to meet your schedule, light housekeeping, flat linen service, and utilities (excluding telephone and cable tv). Pets are welcome and if you choose to bring your vehicle, covered parking is available.
Assisted Living - This program is designed to meet the needs of individuals who need assistance with the activities of daily living. Services other than listed herein are subject to additional fees and are tailored to each individual as determined by an assessment conducted with you, the Health Services Director and your physician. The program is managed by two, on-site Registered Nurses who are assisted by two LPN’s. This differentiates Cascades from other Tucson communities and sets our assisted living program apart. Residents enjoy all the amenities, services and features as well as the ability to choose from any floor plan subject to availability. The base price includes full, cooked to order breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and snacks, personalized services from the certified care giving staff, 24 hour oversight, daily touch-up with weekly cleaning, laundry/linen service, and utilities (excluding telephone and cable TV). Pets are welcome.
Respite Care - This is a program for those who have the responsibility of caring for a loved one. Our program allows the caregiver time away from the heavy demands placed on them when caring for another and is a great way to experience our Cascades of Tucson lifestyle. The primary reasons for a respite stay are to ease the transition from hospital to home, or to provide an alternative living situation in the event a primary caregiver is temporarily unavailable. Your loved one can stay at Cascades for a week, or up to one month. Our respite apartment is comfortably furnished and includes local telephone service, cable TV, linens, and an equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is a suitcase. Respite Care residents receive the same services, care and personal treatment that our long-term residents receive. This program is subject to availability and admittance criteria.

One size does not fit all at Cascades of Tucson, and our seniors choose from exceptional apartment homes featuring a choice of five available floor plans. Many apartments open onto landscaped courtyards with relaxing mountain or poolside views. Support services to ensure a worry free lifestyle and tailored to fit your individual needs are also available.
All apartment homes are equipped with full kitchens excluding the studio which has a microwave and refrigerator. Window coverings are provided in all floor plans. An emergency call system is located in both the bedroom and bath area.
